“I have never financed a vehicle before, only bought outright. I was a little nervous about the process, but I have to say I was very happy with Japanese Car Connection! I had visited a few car dealerships prior to test drive cars. Not one of them practiced the social distancing and cautions for COVID that they did! When I arrived to the facility to test drive the vehicle, they had me text a photo of my driver's license. Someone came out to start the vehicle and then I was allowed to test drive it myself. When I wanted to apply for financing I was able to do it online. They called me bright and early the next day to let me know I was approved and the details. I came in the next day to sign all my paperwork, and they did it all via my car! It was awesome! Rick prepared all the paperwork inside the office, brought it out to me and reviewed it all with me. “They give the used car business a good name. Bought a nice used Suby at fair private party price. Had some title issues with the state processing and they stayed on it. One year later the paint was peeling on the front bumper. They could have easily said 'Sorry it had a 30 day warranty.' Instead they took it in sanded, primed and painted it for free. This is the first time in 45 years of driving I am very happy to recommend a dealership! I'll be back for my next carud83dude0c”
